Dr. Agustines earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami and her medical degree from the University of North Dakota. She went on to complete her residency in psychiatry at the University of South Florida with additional fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry. She is a double Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Neurology as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. Agustines is The Costello Center’s certified Psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her approach to medicine is functional in which she addresses the nutritional, metabolic, toxicological, and genetic causes of psychiatric conditions. She employs a holistic outlook that combines medication with supplementation, detoxification, lifestyle changes, and therapeutic interventions to bring about positive growth. She has a culturally diverse clientele of men, women (including pregnant or breastfeeding women), children and teens.
