Support Groups

Support Groups will be launching throughout 2023.

During the teenage years, several changes take place in our bodies as well as our minds. In this phase, many are vulnerable to feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply struggling with this transition period that all young women face.

You are not alone. This peer-to-peer support group series is aimed at discussing these challenging thoughts, providing tools to build confidence, and is a place where teen girls can connect, share and encourage each other. Social support is critical in developing skills that allow teenagers to prosper into healthy adults.

Being a teen girl can be challenging - learning skills to navigate those teen years can help!
