Nicole is on the path of becoming a psychologist and is currently a clinical psychology doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida. She aspires to work with a variety of different populations but hopes to specializes in perinatal mental health.

Nicole works alongside Dr. Kim Costello with clients going through Collaborative Divorce, Parent Coordination, and Cooperative Divorce. In addition, Nicole assists Dr. Costello with her therapeutic clients who are going through a myriad of difficulties, such as adult child estrangement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and navigating relationships. One of Dr. Costello and Nicole projects together was implementing the Teen Empowerment Support Group at The Costello Center. In addition, she also assists Jennifer Lagergren, LMHC, with administering academic and psychological testing at Academy Prep Center For Education. 

Nicole also works for The Collaborative Resolution Academy, as a Mental Health Course Developer and has created several courses for professional and personal growth purposes. These courses have been published or are in the process of publishing and will be offered soon. 

Outside of The Costello Center, Nicole is a Pregnancy Mood Support Group Leader for Postpartum Support International and facilitates online support groups for women who are going through stress, difficulty adjusting to parenting, Baby Blues, or are diagnosed with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD). She is also works as a Counselor at The Renfrew Center, supporting females through their eating disorder recovery. Nicole has experience working in several medical specialties, such as Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Emergency Medicine. Nicole also has experience studying Melanoma as a Cancer Research Volunteer Student at Moffitt Cancer Center. In college, Nicole worked as a Medical Scribe for North Florida Regional Medical Center Emergency Departments and Freestanding facilities.
