Mike has a B.S. degree in Pre-Medicine from Clemson University and a Masters in Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He served 24 years in the US Air Force as a Chaplain and pastored for 8 years before returning in 2005 to Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle, WA where he received two Masters degrees, one in Christian Studies and one in Counseling Psychology.

Mike is married with one daughter. He was an avid runner, having run both the Pikes Peak and Marine Corp Marathons. He loves a variety of sports, enjoys fishing with his daughter, as well as reading and crocheting.
Note: As a Christ follower, Mike believes faith is a key part of life and healing, but Christian-based coaching is optional and will be left up to each client to utilize in the coaching process or not.
