Michelle earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Services from Elizabethtown College and a Masters of Social Work Degree from Temple University. Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked in a variety of counseling settings, including community-based mental health, private practice, non-profit organizations, school-based mental health, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.

Michelle is a qualified parent coordinator in the 6th, 12th, and 13th judicial circuits, pre-marital counseling provider through Pinellas County, family mediator, collaboratively trained neutral mental health facilitator, and qualified supervisor through the Department of Health. A guest speaker on numerous occasions, Michelle has spoken about topics such as mental health awareness, transitions, boundaries, communication and the like. Also, upon request Michelle can offer Christian counseling services which provides a safe space for individuals to explore their faith, address mental health concerns, and find healing through a faith-based perspective. In her personal life, she is a mother of two and has an active history of providing service and ministry to her community.
