Michelle earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY (State University of New York) at Purchase. She completed her graduate internship under the supervision of Michelle Donely, LCSW, where she gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of areas. She will continue her professional development and practice as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern under the supervision of Dr. Kim Costello, DCCPSY., LMHC.

Michelle brings years of experience as a Life Coach, helping clients navigate challenges and cultivate greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. She works with adolescents and adults in the following areas:

With a thoughtful approach, she guides individuals in identifying purposeful goals, cultivating emotional resilience, and elevating their overall well-being. Her experience spans both adolescents and adults seeking to enhance the quality of their lives and relationships. Michelle values the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance and offers insight-driven guidance tailored to each client’s unique journey. Outside of her practice, Michelle is married, a mother of two daughters, and active in her church and community ministries. She loves reading, nature walks, pilates, and listening to psychology and health podcasts.
