Jennifer has been a dedicated member of the mental health community for more than twenty years, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University and her Master of Science in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, where she specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Counseling.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Jennifer is committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges through a collaborative, goal-oriented therapeutic approach. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies to foster resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change. Jennifer tailors treatment to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based interventions to address anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Jennifer also serves as the Psychological Testing Coordinator under the supervision of Rebecca Presley, a Florida-licensed school psychologist, and Faith Baker, DNP, a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. She oversees the administration and coordination of comprehensive psychological evaluations, emphasizing the accuracy and validity of assessments through standardized testing procedures, appropriate normative scoring, and the collection of relevant developmental, educational, and psychosocial information. She collaborates closely with clients, families, schools, and providers to ensure evaluations produce meaningful recommendations that support academic, behavioral, and emotional success.

A significant focus of Jennifer's practice is working with students, young adults, and their families. She partners with schools, educators, and parents to develop individualized academic and behavioral recommendations, including accommodations that promote educational achievement and long-term success. She believes effective coaching and therapeutic support should empower individuals to recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence while achieving meaningful personal and academic goals.

Jennifer has specialized training in high-conflict family dynamics and alternative dispute resolution, including training in Collaborative Family Law, Parent Coordination, and Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediation. As a Parent Coordinator and Certified Family Law Mediator, Jennifer works with separated and divorced parents to reduce conflict, improve communication, facilitate effective co-parenting, and promote decisions that prioritize the best interests of their children.
