James Pham earned his Bachelors of the Arts in Psychology and in Mathematics from the University of South Florida. James has a combined total of over ten years of experience tutoring students with Pinellas County Schools with the AVID program and privately with home schooling. His mastery of math reaches up into Statistics and Calculus. He enjoys building students’ foundations in math along with their confidence in school as a whole. He is more than willing to travel for on campus tutoring if a student needs assistance. James has a very adaptive tutoring style that meets each student where ever they are in their road to mastery. He is now holding online tutoring sessions over Zoom or Skype (and many other video communication applications).

On his free time, he is an avid volleyball player who plays an average of 3 nights a week and when he's in need of a challenge, James plays videogames to keep his mind sharp. He believes that mathematics is a very technical topic and experience with other technical tasks can help fortify one's abilities not just in mathematics, but in all aspects of life.
