Faith completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice education at South University. She is a board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and an accredited Functional Medicine Practitioner with over two decades of experience working in medicine.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Faith works solely with Optimal Assessments here at The Costello Center by providing comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological evaluations designed to provide meaningful insights into cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Areas of evaluation include ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual functioning, executive functioning, mood and anxiety disorders, and other psychological concerns. In collaboration with our Optimal Assessment team, Faith’s goal is to provide clear, accurate, and actionable recommendations that empower patients, families, educators, and healthcare providers to make informed decisions.
