Roseanne earned master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work from the University of South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Loyola University New Orleans. Roseanne completed her internship providing counseling services to survivors of domestic violence and their children. She completed an additional internship with a social service provider to develop a comprehensive wellness plan for neighborhood based social service centers.
Roseanne has worked with survivors of domestic violence and their children for over nineteen years providing supportive services, facilitating support groups, and advocating on behalf of survivors and their children. She has held a leadership position at a local domestic center for seventeen years.

Roseanne has learned a great deal from her extensive work with survivors of violence and has attended numerous training workshops working with survivors of trauma. She has also worked with many individuals as they navigate life transitions. Roseanne is from Tampa and enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and trying new restaurants.
