Her blended skill set as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) gives Juli the unique career niche to provide holistic treatment for a wide variety of disordered eating behaviors and mental health disorders.
Juli has helped clients of all ages with body image distortion, compulsive overeating and obesity, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia nervosa. Juli is also trained in Family Systems Theory and family therapy technique interventions. As a counselor with a passion for helping families, she has experience helping people with parent/child relationships and personal boundaries, teaching divorcing couples cooperative parenting skills for the benefit of their children, understanding the unique dynamics of couples' relationships, advising people with chronic disease issues on their health and wellness, and treating anxiety and depression.

Juli is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND), the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA), and the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED). She has a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Community Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she is now an adjunct faculty member teaching counseling and intervention skills to dietetic interns.
