Jessica is a Master's level therapist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked in many different settings, including the child welfare system, community, outpatient, and inpatient mental health, and in-home therapy. As a clinician, Jessica realizes that interventions and treatment plans must be tailored to the individual client, and as such is trained in and utilizes many different evidence-based practices. Jessica has experience with clients of all ages, and some of her areas of treatment include parenting techniques, behavior modification, and treating the symptomatology of varying mental health diagnoses, among others. Some modalities Jessica employs include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jessica was born and raised in Florida and currently resides in Saint Petersburg. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Florida State University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2009.
