Using a holistic approach, Heather has experience treating anxiety and depressive disorders, childhood disorders, grief and loss, and marital issues as a mental health counselor. Working in the healthcare system, community mental health, and private practice, she has helped clients of all ages as individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in helping children through divorce and conflict resolution and is trained in the use of biofeedback technology to help manage stress and anxiety.
Heather is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Family Mediator and Parent Coordinator. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida State University and a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
