Becky Medina is a Certified Personal Coach through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching. She employs a holistic approach to helping clients reach their optimal health and wellness through motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, mindful listening and accountability. She assists clients with individual goal setting while brainstorming new ideas for goal achievement.
Becky avidly supports bio-individuality in wellness and nutrition and understands the impact of nutrition on overall physical, emotional, and mental functioning. She is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. As a wife, mother and past business executive, she brings all her experiences to help her clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals and life balance.
Becky’s goal is to be a guide and mentor to her clients, one who motivates, educates, and empowers others by providing ongoing support and guidance as they set goals and make realistic and lasting changes that improve their health and happiness.
