Becky Medina is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching and the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, as well as a 200RYT Yoga Instructor. She employs a holistic approach to help clients reach their optimal health and wellness and realize their personal value. Becky avidly supports bio-individuality in wellness and nutrition and understands the impact of nutrition and self-care on overall physical, emotional and mental functioning.
